White Elm Priority Checkout is an optional add-on at checkout. The price is calculated entirely on your total at checkout. It includes: 

• Shipping protection: if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you. File the claim with us, not with the carrier; filing with USPS or UPS directly voids the coverage.
• One free prepaid return or exchange label for that order.

If you decline Priority Checkout, you assume responsibility for the package once it leaves us. Carrier insurance covers up to $100 on Priority Mail and UPS Ground; USPS Ground Advantage is not insured. Priority Checkout is non-refundable.
