Expedited shipping gets your order out the door faster, but the delivery date is the carrier's estimate and is not guaranteed by White Elm. If a carrier misses a guaranteed delivery date, we will file a claim on your behalf, and if the carrier refunds the shipping cost to us, we pass that refund on to you. Shipping fees paid at checkout go directly to the carrier, so we cannot refund them unless the carrier does.
