Some colors sell out and are offered on pre-order while the next production run is on its way. The product page shows the estimated ship window. Your card is charged at the time you place the order. Pre-orders ship in the order they were received as soon as stock arrives, and free or standard shipping timing starts from the ship date, not the order date.

If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, please email us at [email protected] if you would like us to ship your in-stock items separately. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by emailing us.
