Covered: loose or tearing stitching, zipper and hardware malfunctions, workmanship defects, and material failure, as determined by White Elm.
Not covered: water damage; damage caused by a person or animal; cracking in the seal on straps; failure from improper use; normal wear and tear; scratches or scuffs from sharp objects; color fading or damage from chemicals or protectants; dirt, spills, and stains; fire damage; tears in the lining; wrinkles in the fabric; color transfer from clothing; theft; and anything unrelated to the quality of materials and workmanship.
