📦 File a Shipping Warranty Claim

If your package was lost or damaged during transit and you purchased our shipping warranty:

🚚 Is Shipping Free?

  • We offer FREE USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground Economy shipping on all U.S. orders $150+

  • Orders under $150 ship for a flat $5 fee

  • Multiple orders may be combined to reduce shipping costs

Need special delivery instructions?

You may also upgrade shipping speed during checkout.

International orders:

  • Shipped via DHL Express

  • Shipping costs and duties are prepaid at checkout


⏱️ How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard / Free Shipping

  • Ships within 1–3 business days

  • Does not include pre-orders or backorders

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders placed before 11 AM CT ship same day

  • Orders after 11 AM ship next business day

Pre-orders

  • Ship when inventory becomes available

  • Processed first-ordered, first-shipped

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — all international orders ship via DHL Express with:

  • Prepaid duties

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout


✏️ Help! My Order Has Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate order details.

We are not responsible for incorrect:

  • Names

  • Addresses

  • Emails

  • Items ordered

📭 My Package Was Undeliverable

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You will receive a refund minus return postage

  • A new order must be placed to reship the item


📍 I Think My Package Was Lost or Stolen

Please ship to a secure location.

White Elm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

What to do:

  • Check tracking regularly

  • Contact us if tracking has not updated in several days


Shipping Warranty Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing our Shipping Warranty at checkout.

It protects against:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen deliveries

  • Transit damage

⚠️ If warranty is purchased:

  • Do NOT file claims with USPS or UPS — this voids coverage

  • Contact us directly for assistance


If You Decline the Warranty

You assume full responsibility.

Carrier insurance limits:

  • Priority Mail & UPS Ground: up to $100

  • USPS Ground: not insured


🚀 I Paid for Expedited Shipping — Why Was It Late?

Shipping fees are paid directly to carriers.

If a carrier misses delivery:

  • We will file a claim on your behalf

  • Refunds are issued only if the carrier reimburses us

⚠️ White Elm is not responsible for carrier delays


💰 Are Expedited Shipping Costs Exact?

Expedited rates are estimates.

If your order requires a larger box:

  • Additional shipping costs may apply

  • We will contact you immediately if needed


💎 My Order Has a High Value

For security:

  • Orders $250+ ship with photo confirmation

  • Orders $500+ require signature confirmation


🚫 Why Don’t You Ship to Vermont?

Due to Vermont’s strict notice and reporting requirements for businesses shipping into the state, we are currently unable to offer shipping there.

These regulations create significant administrative and compliance obligations that are not feasible for us to manage as a small business.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to serve Vermont customers in the future if requirements change.
