1. Open the Return Portal and enter your order number and email or zip code.
2. Choose the item and whether you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
3. Print the return slip and label that the portal provides. Pack the bag carefully, ideally in the original box, with all packaging and the printed slip inside.
4. Drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.
