Wool: a wool-specific detergent, spot clean only. Never submerge the bag and never machine
wash it. For tough stains like coffee, wine, or ink, take it to a professional cleaner.

Zippers: If something catches, gently reverse the zipper and free it. Do not tug on the pull.
